Completano l’offerta un fantastico solarium esclusivo di 70 mq. con vista sul mare e sul Vesuvio, attrezzato con doccia, sdraio, lettini ed ombrellone.
Sorrento Casa Vacanze è completamente attrezzata, arredata con tavoli, sedie, armadi e letti, è fornita di posate, stoviglie, fornello, forno a microonde, tavoli e sedie per esterni, barbecue, cassaforte, riscaldamento autonomo, asciugacapelli e lavabiancheria e parcheggio auto privato. La Casa può accogliere comodamente fino ad 11 ospiti adulti. La quiete dei lussureggianti giardini e la vista del mare costituiscono un’ideale cornice per un felice soggiorno in Costiera Sorrentina, dove il clima mite e i colori stupendi la rendono meta ideale in ogni stagione dell’anno.
È ubicata in posizione tranquilla, sulle colline della Penisola Sorrentina, a meno di un Km dalla piazza principale di Sant’Agnello, ed è ben collegata con la viabilità ordinaria, è servita dagli autobus di linea e non dista molto dalla stazione ferroviaria.
Sorrento Casa Vacanze rappresenta la soluzione giusta per chi cerca una vacanza tra la natura e il relax e la sua posizione la rende un’ideale punto di partenza per una serie di istruttive ed indimenticabili escursioni. Le possibilità di escursioni sono molteplici: Capri, Ischia, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompei e Napoli sono tutte raggiungibili comodamente anche con i servizi pubblici.
Set among lovely hanging gardens which are typical of the Sorrento Coast, the property is in an area particularly rich in vineyards, gardens and lemon trees. The furnishings of the apartment are simple and comfortable. There is a TV, radio CD player, DVD player, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, BBQ, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, heating and car parking. Sorrento Holidays House La Terrazza is composed of a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 double or triple bedrooms, for 10 sleeps maximum, a living area with double sofa bed, and 2 bathroom with shower or tub. All furnishings are tasteful and modern. There is an exclusive large sun terrace sea view of 70 sq mt with shower equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas.
The property can be easily reached by bus, train or car and there is private parking. It is a short walk down to the beach at La Marinella, or by bus to Sorrento Marina Grande where there are several excellent restaurants, boat rental services and a scuba diving centre. The bus stops which conned to Amalfi, Ravello, Salerno, Sorrento and Positano is a short walk from the property. From Sorrento and Positano there is boat service to Capri and Ischia. From Sorrento and Sant’Agnello there is train service to Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples. From Salerno there is easy connection to the archeological site of Paestum. Groceries can be home delivered from the nearly store, and barber, hairdresser, grocery and wine stores are all a short walk away.
Typical shops, bars, refined restaurants easily accessible by the typical streets and romantic lanes which characterize this site. Sorrento Holidays House La Terrazza is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am but we have flexibility if arranged at time of booking.
